Tiphanie Brooke goes by antigirl around town. She’s behind a ton of murals and wheatpastes in downtown Phoenix (believe me, they exist), and she’s one of the only girls in these parts doing what she does. I’ve never seen her in action, but I’ve always kind of imagined her wearing a cape, or something.
You can read more about her story here, but she just came out with new business cards that I absolutely love … for lack of a another word. (And yes, I dropped mine in a puddle — believe it or not, those exist here, too.)

Some goodies from an awesome art gallery exposition that I spent WAY too much time at. Who knew Toulouse had fun things like this?

I dare you. Seriously. Today was craft central. Foie-gras cooking lessons led to macaroons au foie-gras! Making my own apple jam! French toast! Sauteed foie gras! Porto mousse! Peppercorn caramel! Foie-gras creme brulee, in an egg! Foie-gras rolls with onion and raisin jelly! I seriously probably ate like 5 geese today.
Also, I made that book cover! From scratch! And binded it!
