The opening of The Boneyard Project was on Saturday night. And for the first time EVER, I looked around and thought, “yeah, Tucson’s kind of cool …”

Today we had a class on vodka. The average tasting went something like this:

In case you’re interested, the traditional method of drinking vodka requires you to exhale, drink (as a shot), exhale again, eat something and finally inhale. I’ve never been taught to put so much effort towards¬†not tasting a product… huh.
